Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ationic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services

Ationic provides digital marketing services including but not limited to performance marketing, social media management, SEO, web development, branding, and content creation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Ationic for clients remain the intellectual property of Ationic until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Ationic retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, information, and approvals required to perform services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Ationic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement terms. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
